Traveling out of town — or even across town — for your health care can be an overwhelming experience.
Our goal is to make your trip — whether it’s a 20-minute car ride or a two-hour flight — as seamless as
possible, leaving you free to focus on your health.
Once your medical appointments are scheduled, a
member of your care team can connect you with MUSC
Guest Services. You may also contact them directly at
843-876-8456 or visit muschealth.org/patientsvisitors/amenities/guest-services. Guest Services can
help you with parking and valet options at MUSC Health
as well as the MUSC Health Patient Shuttle system, which
provides a free and convenient way for patients to travel
between buildings on our downtown campus.
Additionally, the American Cancer Society Road To
Recovery® program offers free rides to cancer-related
medical appointments. Trained volunteer drivers are
happy to pick you up, take you to your appointment
and drop you off at home. This is a free service. Certain
eligibility requirements may apply and appointments are
required in advance. For more information regarding the
